It was a lovely holiday that we had and would go back again

The rooms are great

We were really impressed with our accomodation and the staff were professional. The facilities on offer were also very good. Take plenty of insect repellent as the mozzies were prolific. Rooms are well screened but there was a lot of noise from passing traffic. The surrounding area is more paperbark swamp than rainforest, it is still a very lovely place. Being vegetarian the staff member at the restaurant did not offer any possibile alternatives to the menu so we did not eat there but it looked like the perfect venue for a romantic dinner.

Yamba was much bigger than we thought. There were a lot of different things to see and do for all age groups. The beaches were beautiful and there were lots of nice easy walks, also a few more challenging ones. The people are friendly and the markets are a nice way to spend a Sunday morning.

Second Visit To The Golden Glow

And once again very happy. Friendly. We arrived fairly late after a long drive from Brisbane and someone was still up to welcome us in.

Unsatisfactory Bathroom

I would like to say that I found the staff at your accommodation very friendly and helpful. I would like to however point out that the base of the door frame in the bathroom in Bures 44 which I stayed at had rotted all away, and there was a large whole in the actual door which gave the place a feeling that it was not properly cared for. I would not think it would be too big a job for either of these issues to be atteneded to, which makes me feel dissapointed that it hadn't been done up to this point instead of trying to cover it up with a shabby looking poster.

I hope the task of fixing this is placed as a high priority so that future guests do not feel the same way.

This motel was adequate for the night that we stayed.

Room was clean and comfortable, grounds were well kept and neat. Pool was clean.

We love Coffs Harbour, it has a lot of tourist attractions and their is always plenty to do. Restaurants are really good.
