Excellent location
Good value, very close to marina and restuarants. Parking was a first come first serve basis but was never an issue.
Fantastic location probably has more to offer than Noosa (SE QLD) due to abundance of accommodation and long sandy beaches. Metered parking near the main beaches is bit of a damper though. ( Typical NSW beach TAX ).

Very relaxing place to stay.
The Motel had fabulous views overlooking Nelsons Bay. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly abd the food was tasty with a fabulous view. Only a short walk down to the Marina.

Very convienent location without any major problems. Would revisit when next in Forster.

Highly recommend the Scuba diving with Ron Hunter nearby the hotel. Fine dining although there was less choice than three years ago. Many businesses close early (8:00 or 8:30) so recommend getting dinner etc early.
Town seems fine, have been here before.

We appreciated the early check-in as we had to attend a 2.00 pm funeral.

It was real heaven
Very clean and quiet place. Breakfast was simply ausome!
Very nice town with many water activities. However, it was good to be there at winter time.

Bent Street Motor Inn. Reviewed: January 2009. #1942
The only thing that I found unsatisfactory was the fact that the grouting in the bathroom was dirty and not very clean. The overall service was great and the Proprietor was helpful in every way and willing to go out of her way to assist in everything.

Tidy 2 bedroom apartment, kitchen, 1 bathroom. Nicely presented on the surface but cleaning standards were not the best (dusty surfaces, ants in kitchen, rubbish in bathroom bin). No smoke alarms in the apartment.
Nice town to visit, really enjoyed the Porpoise Pool - great place for families to visit, beautiful beaches, lots of nice restaurants

More attention to housekeeping needed. eg. light fittings and fan controls to be in good working order. Also check that previous guests have left crockery and cutlery clean.

Comfortable and casual
Unit 2 of the Club Yamba Luxury Hilltop Resort suited us as one night stayers. It was clean, neat, fresh and close to everything.
The check in and check out procedures are quite relaxed.
Car parking is a little limited.

Totally relaxing with views to die for from a comfortable and well appointed room. The spa just set off a lovely experience.
Shoal Bay is a wonderful quiet haven that relaxes and sparkles without being flash ! have been going there for years and love it every time.

Comfortable, clean and no fuss. Good location for affordable and friendly accomodation.
Port was a fantastic spot with top beaches and good areas of interest. Plus some top spots to go out and have a night out.
