The room we booked was for a delux room when we got there we got a basic room, It had no fan the aircon did not work and the windows could not be opened no screen on the door so we had a very bad two nights sleep thanks for that.

The bathroom ceiling leaked like a shower. The DVD player didn't work The Pay Tv sometimes worked The overall cleanliness wasn't No assistance was offered when I was stung by a blue bottle.
There was still enough to do in Coffs in 4 days of rain.

The room was very dirty all the appliances were not cleaned the tv was very dangerous the shower door was broken. My daughter electrocuted herself on a light switch. Overall very unsatisfied with the accomodation it was a hazard waiting to happen. Would not reccommend to anyone and will never return.

Excellent value at the Nautilus Resort Coffs Harbour for a two room apartment. The resort offers wonderful swimming pools, hot spa and tennis courts with beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and well appointed decks overlooking the ocean. Lots of comfy lounges around the pools and on the decks.

I booked online at 0, only to be told it was more expensive - this was not my fault, but I still had to pay for it, and I had to call a mobile prior to check in just to be let in. The room was nice, but my check out was just as hideous as check-in and all I wanted was room service and a quiet night. I was actually scouting for a conference destination in Coffs Harbour and although it may be ice, the service was poor and I will not recommend it to anyone.
I am sorry if I seemed rude, I was very tired and did not feel that I was looked after.

Our Allembie apartment had superb views over the beach, marina and ocean. It was clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed ie dishwasher, hairdryer, TV/multiprogramme(can't remember its name)/DVD system etc We would certainly recommend it and would stay there again.
